The short circuit member 1 comprises an identification section 30 in an uneven shape formed on a top surface of the insulation resin piece 3; the identification section 30 is configured by first identification shapes 31 formed above the connection legs 4, and second identification shapes 32 formed at a portion where the first identification shapes 31 are not formed; and the first identification shapes 31 and the second identification shapes 32 are in different shapes from each other. Thereby, the terminal blocks to which the connection legs 4 are connected can be identified from above.

The lifting strip 4 is depressed with each linking plate sheet E loosely fitted into the loosely fitting groove 12 to nip an end of each linking plate sheet E between the locking claw 11 and a lower bottom surface of the lifting strip 4. A nip-pressing edge 18 pressed into contact with the end of the linking plate sheet E from below is formed on an upper edge of the tip of the locking claw 11 and an inclined guide edge 19 guiding the end of the linking plate sheet E onto the nip-pressing edge 18 is formed on the base end side of the nip-pressing edge 18 of each locking claw 11.

The compression coil spring 6 is fitted on the guide strip 22 to fit an end of the compression coil spring 6 into the spring retreating recess 13 to house the compression coil spring 6 compressed when the attaching screw 5 is screwed into the conductive metal fitting 3, in the spring retreating recess 13.
