SOLUTION: The method for collecting the M-stage cells includes (1) a process for culturing mammal cells on a support in the presence of a cell-division metaphase synchronizing agent, (2) a process for shaking the support and collecting the cells separated from the support and (3) a process for collecting the cells having ≥20 μm diameter from the recovered cell population. 1 -stage cells includes (1) the process for culturing mammal cells on the support in the presence of the cell-division metaphase synchronizing agent, (2) the process for shaking the support and collecting the cells separated from the support, (3) a process for culturing the recovered cells in the absence of the cell-division metaphase synchronizing agent and (4) a process for collecting the cells having ≤15 μm diameter from the cultured cell population.
