    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pixel structure which improves member characteristics and eliminates the needs of extra patterning or extra masks.SOLUTION: A scan line 112, a gate 114, an oxide conductor layer 130, a metal conductor layer 140, an oxide semiconductor layer, and an insulation layer 120 are formed on a substrate 10. The oxide conductor layer includes a pixel electrode 132 and a first auxiliary pattern 134. A part of the oxide conductor layer overlaps with an area of the gate 114. The first auxiliary pattern includes a first metal contact part 134A and a first semiconductor contact part 134B. The metal conductor layer includes a data line 142, a source 146, and a drain 144. The source is connected with the data line, and the source is separated from the drain. The drain contacts with the first metal contact part, exposes the first semiconductor contact part between the source and the drain, and is electrically connected with the pixel electrode. The oxide semiconductor layer is connected with a point between the source and the drain and contacts with the first semiconductor contact part. The insulation layer is positioned between the gate and the metal conductor layer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box for transporting in which a plurality of substrates with different sizes can be arranged.SOLUTION: The box for transporting is suitable for preserving a plurality of substrates. The box for transporting includes a box body and at least one partition plate. The box body has a bottom part and a plurality of sidewalls. A plurality of bumps arranged in array is disposed on the bottom part, and the bumps define a plurality of supporting regions. The sidewalls are connected to the bottom part, and a plurality of concavities is disposed in inner surfaces of the sidewalls, wherein a preserving space is surrounded by the bottom part and the sidewalls.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional display that may accurately control the eye glasses of a shutter glasses to open according to display of corresponding frames, and a display method that may enhance a brightness of image display. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional display and a method thereof are provided. The display includes an image display device and a shutter glasses. The image display device receives a video signal to display a left eye frame or a right eye frame, and outputs a shutter synchronization signal according to whether the left eye frame or the right eye frame is displayed. The shutter glasses is coupled to the image display device to open a left eye glass or a right eye glass according to the shutter synchronization signal.
