    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spring seat from tilting and contacting an annular section of a floating body.SOLUTION: The torsional vibration reduction apparatus is provided with: a first and second side plates 1; a center plate 8 arranged between the first and second side plates; a long hole 1a and an inflated portion formed in the first and second side plates 1; hub arms 8a provided in the center plate 8 and positioned at both ends of the long hole 1a and the inflated portion; a pair of first springs 10 arranged in the inside of the long hole 1a and the inflated portion, and also arranged in series between the hub arms 8a; the spring seat 11 intervening between the hub arms 8a and the ends of the first springs 10, and consisting of a seat portion and an outer periphery holding portion; the floating body 12 consisting of a connecting arm 12a intervening between the facing ends of the pair of first springs 10, and of the annular portion 12b; and an arc portion connecting regulating portions formed in the front of the hub arms 8a regulating the spring seat 11 from tilting toward the radial outside of the apparatus.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the total weight while increasing the inertial weight by providing a temporary centering member on the outside in the radial direction.
      SOLUTION: A torsional vibration reducing device includes retainer plates 6a, 6b connected to a crank shaft, an output plate 10 arranged coaxially with the retainer plates 6a, 6b and connected to an input shaft of a transmission, springs 12, 13 for circumferentially connecting the retainer plates 6a, 6b and the output plate 10, and the temporary centering member 15 which can be deformed for displacing relative positions of shaft centers of the retainer plates 6a, 6b and a shaft center of the output plate 10, and is interposed between the retainer plates 6a, 6b and the output plate 10. The temporary centering member 15 is mounted on the radial-direction outer side of the output plate 10 along the circumferential direction at approximately equal intervals. The retainer plates 6a, 6b are formed with inner peripheral surfaces 6m, and the temporary centering member 15 is formed with a contact part 15d for contacting the inner peripheral surfaces 6m.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of increasing cost, when a reinforcing plate and a drive plate are delivered integrally assembled by a temporary assembling bolt.
      SOLUTION: This connection structure includes a crankshaft of an engine, a flywheel mass 1, the disc-like drive plate 2 joining an inner peripheral part to the crankshaft and joining an outer peripheral part to the flywheel mass 1, and the reinforcing plate 3 joined to an end surface of the crankshaft together with the inner peripheral surface of the drive plate 2. While forming a plurality of insertion holes 2a and 3a in the drive plate 2 and the reinforcing plate 3, a tap hole is formed on the end surface of the crankshaft, and a bolt 4 is respectively inserted into the insertion holes 2a and 3a, and is screwed in the tap hole. A spring pin 5 is fitted in and arranged over the insertion hole 3a from the insertion hole 2a between the insertion holes 2a and 3a and the bolt 4 inserted into the insertion holes in two sets of the insertion holes 2a and 3a, and the drive plate 2 and the reinforcing plate 3 can be integrally temporarily assembled while fitting the spring pin 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that connecting driven pawls composing a damper to a turbine shell by welding makes the turbine shell thermally deform, causes holes, and increases the number of components, and that on the other hand, integratedly forming the driven pawls by cutting-out the turbine shell and by bending the portions surrounded by the cut-out portions makes working fluid flow out of the cut-out portions and deteriorates the performance of a torque transmitting section.
      SOLUTION: U shape cut-out portions 11a are formed on the turbine shell 6a at the positions which are located radially inside the torque transmitting section 8 to be formed by an impeller shell 3a and the turbine shell 6a, and have no effect on the torque transmitting section 8. Then, the driven pawls 11 are formed by bending the portions surrounded by the cut-out portions 11a radially outward.
