摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a cheap manufacturing method as a water plug of moulding component so as not to drop off it because a cap nut for screwing a plug housing is attached to an outflow pipe of a liquid container equipped with an outside screw. SOLUTION: With regard to the manufacturing method of the water plug for the container of synthetic material or metal manufactured by an injection mould, the first method is to manufacture a cap nut screwing the plug to an outflow pipe of the liquid container in the first injection mould and load it in the second injection mould as the first step and the plug housing is manufactured in the second injection mould so that an inflow pipe of the plug housing penetrates a penetration opening of a ring shoulder and a screw hole of a cap nut with a play and a flange of the inflow pipe of the plug housing is arranged in the cap nut as the second step. 摘要： The tapping valve (13) has a connecting flange (21) i.e. thread flange, completely or partially produced from an electrically conductive plastic material. A plastic valve housing (18) is screwed with an inlet socket (20) on the connecting flange. The valve housing is welded onto a drain socket (12) of a replaceable rectangular inner container (2) by the flange. The tapping valve is electrically grounded by a ground conductor i.e. electrical cable. The ground connector connects the connecting flange with a support frame or an outer jacket of a shipping and storage container.
