    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a door body 1, which can be freely opened and closed being installed at an opening for an inspection door or the like; to have a lock to be opened by rotating an operation tool T which is inserted in a gap S between a door-body front-end face plate 1d and the opposite end-face of a door frame 2 and put into an operation shaft 9, and to be forcibly put in an initial open state, so that not to have any lock device exposed on the door-body front face, but still to be closed to a locked state with a mere closing operation of the door body 1 when the door body 1 is being closed.SOLUTION: An operation body 13, which opens a door body 1 by projecting with effect of a lock-opening operation of an operation tool T and by contacting an inclined guide 14d on a latch-receiving 14 side, is arranged to automatically return to an original attitude when the operation tool T is pulled out from an operation shaft 9, so that the operation body 13 does not hinder closing action.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a door device with a ventilation mechanism provided in such an opening as to partition indoor and outdoor sides of a main entrance and the like.SOLUTION: In a door device 1, a door body 2 with a predetermined door thickness, which comprises a pair of inner and outer face plates 5 and 6, is provided with a ventilation mechanism comprising a ventilation passage for providing ventilation between spaces facing inner and outer side surface portions 5a and 6a of the door body 2, and switching means 14 for switching a state of the ventilation passage to either an opened or closed state and maintaining the state. The switching means 14 is linked to one 11 of first and second locking devices 10 and 11 that are provided separately from a handle 9 of the door body 2 and operated for locking/unlocking by a key from the outside of the door body 2. The ventilation passage is put into the opened state along with the locking operation of the second locking device 11, and switched to the closed state along with the unlocking operation of the locking device and kept in the closed state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce to the utmost a problem of leaving a door in the unlocked state.
      SOLUTION: This door locking device comprises a cylinder lock 1 mounted to the door 15 so that a keyhole is located at the front face of the door 15 and that a rotating shaft 4 on the rear end side is located on the inner surface side of the door 15, and a fastening plate 5 mounted to the rotating shaft 4 projected to the rear end side of the cylinder lock 1. The fastening plate 5 comprises a base member 8 mounted to the rotating shaft 4; a latch member 10 pivotally connected to the base member 8 by a shaft 9; and a coil spring 11 for energizing the latch member 10 in an opening direction with respect to the base member 8. The latch member 10 is provided with a locking part 13 to a receiving metal piece 16 mounted to the vicinity of an opening of a box body 14 opened/closed with the door 15. The locking part 13 comprises a plate part 13a extended from the pivotally connected part to the base member 8, and an inclined plate part 13b bent in an inclined state from the tip of the plate part 13a.
