    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper electrode for a touch panel configured by adhering a laminate having a hard coat layer and a conductive laminate with a double-sided adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer with cushioning property which is excellent in adhesiveness between an adhesive layer and a base material film, particularly, heat-resistant water adhesiveness. SOLUTION: An upper electrode for a touch panel is configured by adhering a laminate (1) in which a hard coat layer is laminated on a transparent base material and a conductive laminate (2) in which a transparent conductive layer is laminated on a transparent base material with a double-sided adhesive sheet in which at least one face of a polyester base film has a silicon rubber adhesive layer, and when hot water adhesion resistance is evaluated by the method defined in the description, the silicone rubber adhesive layer is not peeled from the polyester base film. (The description of the evaluation method of the hot water adhesion resistance): A sample which is cut by 50 mm×50 mm, and whose separate film is peeled is sunk in a cylindrical glass vessel with a cover of 500 cc filled with distilled water 400c, and a weight is placed as necessary, and the vessel is covered in such a state that the whole sample is immersed und×erwater, and the vessel with the sample is put in a gear oven whose temperature is set to 80°C, and made stand still for 24 hours, and the vessel is extracted from the oven after heat treatment, and the sample is quickly extracted, and a force is added from the adhesive layer side to the end part with the finger pad, and is rubbed 10 times, and whether or not the adhesive layer is peeled from the polyester base film side is evaluated, and the sample whose adhesive layer is not peeled is determined as ○, and the sample whose adhesive layer is peeled is determined as ×.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive sheet having excellent adhesiveness, especially hot-water resistant adhesiveness between a silicone adhesive layer and a substrate film, the releasing force between the silicone adhesive layer and a separate film being moderately controlled, a method for efficiently and economically producing the double-sided adhesive sheet, and a method for a suitable use of the double-sided adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a double-sided adhesive sheet including (A) a polyester film, (B) a releasing layer, (C) an adhesive layer containing a crosslinked silicone compound having a polydimethylsiloxane skeleton, (D) a layer for improving hot-water resistant adhesiveness, (E) a polyester-based film, (D') a layer for improving hot-water resistant adhesiveness, (C') an adhesive layer containing a crosslinked silicone compound having a polydimethylsiloxane skeleton, (B') a releasing layer and (A') a polyester film, they being laminated in the order, wherein both the peel strength between the releasing layer (B) and the adhesive layer (C) and that between the releasing layer (B') and the adhesive layer (C') determined by a specifically defined method are 0.03-1.0 N/20 mm.
