    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a pilaster in a form of not needing a jointing auxiliary member heretofore fitted to the pilaster before delivery so as to be able to load pilasters easily in good order in transportation, and provide a new means for jointing a beam material to the pilaster by bolt connection so as to be able to use single material without a joint part as the beam material. SOLUTION: A rectangular sleeve 4 of box shape or square cylindrical shape formed of steel is erected at the upper face center part of a base plate 2 of plate shape formed of steel, in such an attitude that its axial direction is in a vertical direction, and integrally connected to the base plate 2 by welding. The base plate 2 is assembled to the upper face of a laid foundation 1 through anchor bolts. The lower end side of a pilaster rectangular pipe 5 of rectangular pipe shape formed of steel is fittingly inserted in the rectangular sleeve 4 on the upper face side and bound in a temporary bound state by connecting bolts 8 inserted through bolt holes opened in the pilaster rectangular pipe 5 and bolt holes opened in the specified positions of the wall of the rectangular sleeve 4. An end plate 7 formed of steel is integrally welded to the longitudinal end face of a beam member 6. The end plate 7 is brought into contact with the wall surface of the rectangular sleeve 4 and fastened by the connecting bolts 8 to joint the beam member to a pilaster.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vibration isolation device also for a small scaled structure at a low price by monolithically adhering pads and metal plates between the upper surface of an independent footing and a base plate, overlapping the upper surfaces of the pads and the lower surfaces of the plates each other as free surfaces, and making multiple lamination. SOLUTION: A vibration isolation device is constructed on a base plate 2, which is to be built-up, on the upper surfaces of a plurality of independent footings 1 constructing a building structure through base isolation cushions. In that case, the said base isolation cushions 3 have elasticity, and specific characteristic rubber pads 30 damping vibration velocity and metal plates 31 are welded to the lower surfaces of the pads 30 and the upper surfaces of the plates 31. The upper surface of the highest pad 30 is contacted to the lower surface of the base plate 2, and the lower surface of the lowest pad 30 is contacted to the upper surfaces of the independent footings 1. The base plate 2 is clamped to the independent footing 1 with anchor bolts 10. By the constitution, pitching of a building caused by earthquake, etc., is absorbed with the pads 30, and rolling is absorbed with position variations between the metal plates 31 and pads 30 to make it possible to obtain base isolation function.

A steel-framed beam 5 made up of the steel material is stretched to sections upper than the connecting points of column base sections 20 and the foundation 1 between the column base section 20 and column base section 20 of the adjacent columns 2 at that time, the joint sites of the steel- framed beam 5 and the column base sections 20 are coupled integrally by rigid structure, and mats 6 are interposed at the connecting points of the column base sections 20 and the foundation 1.
