摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a thermosetting adhesive composition which is excellent in adhesion to an oily face, grab and anti-rusting properties, which comprises an epoxy resin, an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer containing a carboxyl group and a synthetic rubber. CONSTITUTION:In 100pts.wt. of an epoxy resin is incorporated 3-15pts.wt. of an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer containing a carboxyl group and 60-100 pts.wt. of a synthetic rubber (for example, styrene-butadiene rubber) and option ally a filler, an additive, etc. The resulting mixture is kneaded in a warmed state under pressure. A curing agent is added to the kneaded mixture and the mixture is then kneaded sufficiently. EFFECT:The composition can be cured without lowering in cohesive force during heating of the compositoin which is in an uncured state. The composition which is in an uncured state can be safely transferred and fixed on a working line. The occurrence of strain and shrink mark can be prevented when it is used for adhering steel sheets.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare an adhesive compsn. having improved adhesive properties including showering resistance, peeling resistance, and anchoring properties to an oily surface by compounding an epoxy resin which is liq. at room temp., an epoxy resin which is solid at room temp., a polyvinyl acetal resin, and a synthetic rubber. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive compsn. contg. 80-90 pts.wt. epoxy resin which is liq. at room temp., 10-20 pts.wt. epoxy resin which is solid at room temp., 4-10 pts.wt. polyvinyl acetal resin, and 3-10 pts.wt. synthetic rubber. As the epoxy resin, a commercially available one having an epoxy equivalent of 150-800 can be used. The epoxy resin which is solid at room temp., i.e., at 20-25 deg.C, has an epoxy equivalent of 450-3300, and the commercially available one is usable. A commercially available polyvinyl acetal resin can also be used. Examples of the synthetic rubber are butadiene rubber, NBR, nitrile rubber, and SBR.

The intermediate fiber layer Wx is vertically erected by relatively sliding the surface layer Wa in the horizontal direction while gradually extending the intervals of the upper and rear surfaces Wa of the three-dimensional fabric W. Furthermore, resin is molded and cured in a state of uniform thickness while keeping a state wherein the intermediate fiber layer Wx is erected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a steel honeycomb core even by an expanding and stretching method, stabilize dimensional accuracy and obtain an expanded and stretched steel honeycomb core whose productivity is improved, by constituting the present core by piling up annealed steel foils through an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A steel foil WX wound off from a steel roll 11 is cut into predetermined dimensions and a plurality of sheetlike steel foils 12 are formed. Adhesives 13 to be applied linearly to the surface of the steel foil 12 are piled up under a state where positions of the adhesives 13 are slid by half pitch by half pitch, through which a block body is constituted. A core panel 15 is constituted by cutting the block body into predetermined widths H and expanding and stretching the same in the direction of arrow Z by an expanding and stertching method similarly to a conventional method. Therefore, a core panel can be manufactured even if a thick steel foil is used.
