    • PURPOSE:To improve an S/N ratio and to obtain the device having excellent vibration resistance and rigid structure, in the device for measuring the flow speed and flow rate utilizing K arm an vortex, by mechanically separating a vortex generating body and shaft, and detecting respective stresses. CONSTITUTION:A stress detecting part 3a has a shape whose central part is blanked as shown in Figure B, and provided in the vicinity of a part where signal moment is maximum. A numeral 5 is a shaft which is inserted into a concave part 22 of the vortex generating body 2a with a gap 51 provided. One end of the shaft is supported 52 by the vortex generating body 2, and the other end is fixed to a pipe 1. Therefore, when the fluid under test flows in the pipe 1 and the arm an vortex is generated, bending moment acts on the vortex generating body 2a by the vortex lift, but it does not act on the shaft 5 and the bending moment becomes zero. Since the stress detecting part 3a, which measures the vortex signal, can be arbitrarily placed at the position where the stress is large, the large detected signal can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To solve problems and provide a detector of a small size, good sensitivity and stable characteristics by sealing and fixing piezoelectric element parts in a case with a sealant, fixing one end of a force receiver to the case and detecting the force acting upon the force receiver as stress. CONSTITUTION:A force receiver 2' is of circular cylindrical form and its flange part 21' side is fixed to a case 1. The pressure of the measurement pressure P shown by the arrow is transmitted via sealent 4 to peizoelectric element parts 3. Stresses in mutually opposite directions with the central axis of the force receiver 2' in-between are generated and the electric signals corresponding to the stresses are generated in the respective piezoelectric element parts 3a, 3b. The signals are processed in the electric circuit of high input impedance, whereby the measurement pressre P may be detected. Twice larger signals are obtainable through differential processing of the outputs of the piezoelectric element parts. The measurement pressure P may be expanded by the length l of the force receiver and may be detected by the element parts 3 with good sensitivity. It is also possible to separate the case portion 1 from the measurement place by increasing the length of the force receiver and to perform measruement of high temperature places.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a device of superior stability of zero point and responsiveness by using the induction voltage in the period when positive or negative electric current flows to an excitation coil as a signal voltage, and the induction voltage in the quiescent period when no current flows thereto as a compensation voltage and determining the difference between the signal voltage and the compensation voltage. CONSTITUTION:Switches 12a, 12b which change over the positive and negative directions of the electric current from a DC constant electric power source 11 to be flowed to an excitation coil 21 periodically by means of pulses P1a, P1b are provided. A signal processing circuit 4 is constituted of sample holding circuits 41a, 41b which sample the output eb of an AC amplifier 3 and hold the samples, an arithmetic circuit 42 which subtracts the outputs Va, Vb thereof, a sample holding circuit 43 which samples the output Vc of the circuit 42 and holds the samples thereof, and a pulse generator 44. The induction voltage in the period when positive or negative current flows to the excitation coil is defined as a signal voltage V1 or V3 and the induction voltage in the quiescent period as compensation voltages V2, V4 and the results of operations of (V1-V4) and (V2-V3) are outputted alternately.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a device having superior stability of zero point and responsiveness by so constituting the same that the direction of the electric current to be flowed to an excitation coil is changed over periodically, a quiescent period when no current flows upon the changing-over time is reserved and the voltage induced during this period is taken in as a compensation voltage. CONSTITUTION:Switches 12a, 12b which change over the positive and negative directions of the electric current from a DC constant current source 11 to be flowed to an excitation coil 21 by means of pulses P1a, P1b periodically are provided. A signal processing circuit 4 is constituted of sample holding circuits 41a-41d which sample the output eb of an AC amplifier 3 and hold the samples, an arithmetic circuit 42 which adds and subtracts the outputs V1-V4 thereof, and a pulse generator 43. The induction voltage generated between the electrodes 23a and 23b in the period when the excitation current is flowed to the circuit 4 is taken in as a signal voltage, and the induction voltage generated in the period when no excitation current flows is taken in as a compensation voltage. The nozzle components accompanied with the changing over of the excitation current contained in the signal voltage are removed by the compensation voltage.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a well-sensitive and regid force detector with a simple constitution by holding force detection sensors between a columnar force receiving body fixed to a base and the base. CONSTITUTION:A columner force receiving body 2 is fixed at its one end to a block form base 1 by means of a bolt 3. Disc form force detection sensors 4a, 4b which are opposedly disposed symmetrically to the central axis of the force receiving body 2 are pressed and held by means of the bolt 3 between the base 1 and force receiving body 2. When the force to be measured acts upon the force receiving body 2 like the arrow X, stresses in mutually opposite directions are developed in the sensors 4a, 4b as shown in the figure, which in turn produce the electric signal corresponding to the force. When this is processed in electric circuits, the pressure to be measured may be detected. The force receiving body and force detection sensors as wall as base are made in the rigid and simple integral construction, thereby enabling the force to be measured to be surely detected to the detection sensors and to be detected with good sensitivity without loss.
