摘要： PURPOSE:To enable an easy and reliable superposition of wave forms, by a method wherein a zero point index of a cathode-ray tube indication wave form is indicated, and the zero point index is moved in relation to the wave form. CONSTITUTION:After input signals of a plural number of channels are AD-converted at a high speed, they are stored in a random access memory 1. A central processor 2 reads out data from the memory 1, and sends it to a cathode-ray tube controller 3. Additionally, in case a command on a wave-form movement is received, a readout dated, added with that of direct current, is sent out, and the wave-form data is indicated in the cathode-ray tube. A wave-form movement switch 5 consists of switches 5a and 5b for the vertical movement in the direction of a Y axis, and a wave form of a given channel moves during the depression of the switch. In this case, the central processor 2 sends out a zero point data to a controller so that sero indexes of wave forms A and B are indicated, and the zero point index moves togetherwith the wave form. This permits the easy and reliable superposition of the wave forms through only the superpositon of the indexes.

At the integer times of temperature of 25 deg.C, the table value corresponds to the voltage, so that the operation error due to the linear similarity is removed and the highly accurate correction can be done.

摘要： PURPOSE:To display the peak value of a fetched data surely, by dividing the data within a memory with every M pieces and shifting the maxium value of each divided unit. CONSTITUTION:An input waveform signal is stored once in a memory 2 for each sampling point via a D/A converter 1 and then transferred to a refresh memory 4 through a control part 3 to be stored in the form of a dot data. A CRT controller 5 always displays the contents of the memory 4 at a CRT6. As a result, the fetched data is displayed at the CRT6 in the formed of a compressed data. In this case, the data are divided into blocks S1, S2- with every M pieces. Then the maximum value is extracted out of each block as the representative value of the corresponding block to be transferred to the memory 4. As a result, the peak waveform is also displayed on the CRT6 surely.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a voltage/current generator which gives the A/D conversion to the processor output and can obtain the output that is not affected by the output fluctuation of the calibrating A/D converter, by performing the extremely simple operation via the processor. The output of converter 40 delivers analog signal VS corresponding to the set value via sample holding circuit 50 comprising switch 51, holding capacitor 52 and buffer amplifier 53 each. The output of the D/A converter is applied to A/D converter 70 consisting of comparator 72 to which reference voltage source 71 is applied and processor 10 which counts and then digitizes the output of comparator 72. Thus processor 10 gives calibration to converter 40. In that case, processor 10 averages the count value to prevent the fluctuation of the A/D conversion.
