    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical wringing technique capable of wringing again a separated solid (secondary drawing) in addition to a wringing action (primary wringing) that a wringing stock is pressed and forced to pass through minute holes and increasing the passing resistance of the wringing stock to improve the wringing efficiency and further, preventing abration of wringing cylindrical bodies and prevent the minute holes from being clogged. SOLUTION: A number of minute holes 11 are formed in at least one of a pair of right and left wringing cylindrical bodies 1, 1 paralelly installed in the axial direction. A wringing stock is pressed between both wringing cylindrical bodies by rotating so as to move the opposite sides from the upward side to the downward side and make the separated liquid flow through the minute holes into the wringing cylindrical body (porous cylinder). The separated solid sent out downward through between the both cylindrical bodies is received in a accumulating part 5 which communicates with a constracted passage 51 formed to impart a pressing force to the accumulated solid separated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for squeezing soybean milk capable of preventing plugging of a meshed cylinder notwithstanding that the thickness of the plate of the meshed cylinder is made thicker, improving durability of the meshed cylinder and shortening the operation time by constituting the machine so that granules of soybean liquid plugging the meshed holes may be cut off by a screw blade. SOLUTION: This machine for squeezing soybean milk has a meshed cylinder formed into a tapered shape becoming thinner in the tip direction, an outer cylinder 4 for covering the outer periphery of the meshed cylinder 1 while keeping a space 40 for discharged soybean milk, and a screw axis 6 installed in the interior of the meshed cylinder 1 and having screw blade 60 formed along the inner periphery surface of the meshed cylinder 1 having a tapered shape formed so as to be thinner in the tip direction. A charging opening 31 of the bean liquid is communicated to the interior of the base end side of the meshed cylinder, and the tip opening 14 of the meshed cylinder 1 is communicated to an opening 20 for discharging bean curd lees. Further, the distance between the inner periphery surface of the meshed cylinder 1 and the outer periphery surface of the screw blade 60 is formed so as to be freely regulated.
