CONSTITUTION:A double acting type hydraulic jack with safety nut is formed of a cylinder 2, a ram 1 to be operated inside of the cylinder 2, a center piston 3 provided at the center of the ram 1 and fixed to the bottom of the cylinder 2, and a safety nut 4 with handle 5 for limiting the return of the loaded ram 1. This jack is also provided with a pressure chamber 8 for going-forward, which is formed by the inner surface of the cylinder 2 and the lower end surface of the ram 1, and a pressure chamber 9 for going-forward, which is formed by the inner surface of the ram 1 and the upper end surface of the center piston 3, and a pressure chamber 10 for going-backward, which is formed by the inner surface of the ram 1 and the side surface of the center piston 3. Operating oil flow passages 11, 12 for supplying and discharging the operating oil to each pressure chamber 8, 9, 10 are provided.

摘要： PURPOSE: To impart prestress to a hollow PC steel bar by a pretension system. CONSTITUTION: A rear frame 2 with a center hole jack 1, and a front frame 4 with a hollow PC steel bar inserting through-hole 3 are disposed with a space and connected by connecting rods 5 to constitute a frame 6 with a jack. A screw rod 9 is screwed in a longitudinally movable state with a hollow piston rod 8 in the center hole jack 1. The front end part of a screw rod rotating drive shaft 11 with a rotating lever 10 is engaged with the rear end part of the screw rod 9, and the rear end part of a push-in relay rod 14 is locked to the front end part of the screw rod 9. A support cylinder 18 having an internal thread 17 is screwed with an external thread on the rear end outer side of a hollow PC steel bar 15 insert-disposed in the hollow PC steel bar inserting through-hole 3. An annular locking piece 19 is fixed to the rear end part of the support cylinder 18, and a pressing lock piece 21 fitted to the rear end part of a PC steel bar 20 inserted in the hollow PC steel bar 15 is disposed at the intermediate inner part of the support cylinder 18.

摘要： PURPOSE:To keep a load to an object at a specified value all the time, by comparing signals detected by sensors for the load and displacement of a pressure applying device with preset values, and supplying the specified pressure in correspondence with the signals of excess and shortage. When a horizontal load, which is to be applied to a body under test A, is increased and decreased by an oil jack 6, a load cell 7, and a pressure-oil feeding and discharging pump 8, the fluctuated load is displayed on the indicator 20, signals are sequentially sent to the setting device 21 and the device 22, and the constant load is applied to the body under test A by way of the oil hydraulic pump 23.

Further, sliding members reducing frictional resistance are provided on sliding faces, and scales 17, 19 measuring movement are provided in the vicinity of the respective sliding parts.
