摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice processor capable of transforming a pitch harmonized with a chord, not as for a monotone. SOLUTION: A pitch detection circuit 4 detects a pitch of a voice signal inputted from a microphone 1. A CPU 10 detects a chord from playing information supplied. A pitch transformer LSI 5 transforms the pitch based on the chord from which the pitch of the voice signal is detected, and a mixer 6 mixes this transformed voice with the inputted voice and outputs the mixture. Thus, the input voice can be harmonized with a chord and not as for a monotone. Further, dissonance can be prevented from being generated from old data by prohibiting this pitch transform processing when the pitch is not detected or the chord is not detected.

The pitch converter LSI 5 converts the pitch of said sound signal to a pitch decided based on the performance information to be inputted from the performance information read from a storage device and an external device. Thus, it becomes possible to automatically pitch-convert sound into consonance based on an automatic performance, and pitch-convert to various instruments.
