摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid the damage of a magnetic tape by detecting the state of a tape path when an adaptor for standard and miniature cassettes is loaded and stopping the operation of a shift mechanism if the tape path state is not normal. CONSTITUTION:Switches SW1A and SW2A are closed when a stop cover 60 is closed after a miniature cassette 34 is loaded, and a power supply at the side of a device 1 is applied to a motor 37 through a terminal 70. Thus a tape loading action is carried out within an adaptor 30, and a tape path 56 is formed. When the tape loading action is over, a tape path detection switch SW6A is closed by a switch cam 42. Then a switch SW5A is switched as shown by a broken line in the figure to stop the working of the motor 37. When the SW6A is closed, a loading end signal is delivered to the device 1 from a terminal 72. Thus the motor 37 is driven again to move a housing 11 down, and the adaptor 30 is loaded to the device 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To actuate an adaptor shift mechanism to send an adaptor to the position of an adaptor slot by closing an adaptor cover in an idle state of a miniature tape cassette store part after the tape cassette is taken out of the cassette store part of the adaptor which is stopped at a position where the tape cassette can be replaced. CONSTITUTION:When a store part 33 becomes empty after a miniature tape cas- sette 34 is taken out of an adaptor 30, a signal of level H is applied to the input terminal of one side of an AND gate 106 at the side of a device 1 from the adaptor 30 through a terminal 95 (contact piece group 81). When a top cover 60 is closed, a signal of level H is applied to the other input terminal of the gate 106 from the adaptor 30 through a terminal 96 (contact piece group 81). Then the output of the gate 106 is set at level H, and the output of an OR gate 104 is also set at level H. Thus a motor driving circuit 105 is actuated to reverse a motor 87. As a result, a housing 11 moves toward an arrow Y2 and returns to a position A. The empty adaptor 30 is sent outside the device 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a magnetic recording and/or reproducing device by actuating an automatic tape path forming means within an adaptor when a miniature cassette adaptor is loaded into the device and also at a position other than that of the device and at the same time shifting the adaptor to its loading position. CONSTITUTION:When an empty miniature adaptor 30 is put into a slot 3, the left and right terminals of the adaptor 30 touch contact pieces 81 and 82. Thus the adaptor 30 is connected electrically to a device 1. A motor is revolved forward when adaptor insertion detection switches SW2 and SW3 are closed. Then a housing 11 moves together with the adaptor 30 by a pinion 18 via gears 90, 91, etc. and is then pulled into the device 1. When the housing 11 stops at a position C, a door 6 of the device 1 is opened vertically. Then a miniature cassette 34 is stored in a store part 33. When a top cover 60 and then the door 6 are closed, switches SW1A and SW2A are closed. Then the motor 37 is actuated by a power supply at the side of the device 1 to perform a tape loading action within the adaptor 30. When this loading action is over, a switch SW6A is closed. Then a switch SW5A is switched as shown by a broken line, and the motor 37 is stopped. The motor 37 is driven again when the SW6A is closed. Then the adaptor 30 is loaded.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate a special operation to actuate an adaptor shift mechanism in the loading direction after replacement of a miniature tape cassette, by having such a constitution where the adaptor shift mechanism carries automatically the adaptor to its loading position when a cover is closed after the replacement of said tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:An operator opens a door 6 of a top plate 4 of a device 1 up to its vertical position. Thus a slot 5 is opened and a top cover 60 of an adaptor 30 is set right under the slot 5. Then a finger tip is put into the slot 5 to slide a knob 64 of the adaptor 30 toward an arrow X1. Thus the lock of the cover 60 is released and the cover 60 is opened up to approximately its vertical position by a twist coil spring 77. Under such conditions, a miniature tape cassette 34 is stored into a store part 33 of the adaptor 33 through the slot 5. Then the cover 60 and then a shoulder 6 are closed. Switches SW1a and SW2a are closed at a time point when the cover 60 is closed. Then the power supply at the side of the device 1 is applied to a motor 37 through a terminal 70 and actuated to start a tape loading action within the adaptor 30.

In addition, the clear dome window and a shaft core are fixed to the first substrate so as to coincide with each other, and a following side pulley 9 mounted rotatably on the second substrate of the dome cover is provided. The following side pulley is rotated by a motor 12, and a wiper arm 4 whose base end part is fixed to the dome cover and whose free end part is extended to the vicinity of the top at nearly regular intervals along the surface of the clear dome window is provided. On the inside thereof, a wiper member 3 is mounted and brought into sliding contact with the surface of the clear dome window.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the interruption time of recording and reproducing by loading and unloading a miniature tape cassette into and out of its adaptor while holding the adaptor within its loading slot and therefore eliminating the troublesome operations to loading and unloading the adaptor each time. CONSTITUTION:A front cover 32 of an adaptor 30 pushes a pair of sliding plates 85 and 86 which are set slidably at the left and right sides of a bottom plate 16 and these plates slide slightly toward an arow Y1. Then a rotary arm is turned to close detection switches SW2 and SW3 for adaptor loading which are attached to side plates 14 and 15. A finger tip is put into a loading slot 5 to slide a knob 64 of the adaptor 30 toward an arrow X1. Thus the lock of a top cover 60 is released, and the cover 60 is turned to open almost vertically by a twist coil spring 77. Thus a miniature tape cassette 34 can be loaded into and unloaded out of the adaptor 30 through the slot 5 with the adaptor 30 kept inside a recording and/or reproducing device 1.
