    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-flowable hydraulic composition which is excellent in workability, surface smoothness and surface horizontality while keeping a long pot life and allows a hardened product thereof to have such an excellent surface state that a rugged portion, a powdered deposit (efflorescence) or the like is not produced on the surface thereof due to material separation, water floating or the like.SOLUTION: The self-flowable hydraulic composition contains a hydraulic component, inorganic powder, fine aggregate, fluidizer, a setting modifier and a methylcellulose-based thickening agent. The inorganic powder is at least one selected from blast furnace slag fine powder, limestone fine powder and fly ash. A 2% aqueous solution of the methylcellulose-based thickening agent has 10-2,000 mPa-s viscosity at 20°C and the methylcellulose-based thickening agent has the substitution degree equal to or higher than 1.0 and lower than 1.6.

Then in the fifth process, a painting flooring 38 is constructed and hardened on the top surface of the primer layer 37 for the painting flooring.
