摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, in which the safety of operation and operating efficiency can be improved. SOLUTION: A link chain 22 is moved peripherally between an upper sprocket wheel 16 and a lower sprocket wheel 20. The upper sprocket wheel 16 is rotated and driven by a driving motor 30 through a chain wheel 28 and a gearing chain 34, and peripherally moves the link chain 22, on which a plurality of screens are mounted detachably. A driving shaft for the driving motor 30 is also projected to a rear, and a brake disk 54 for a disk brake 46 is installed detachably to the backwards projected tail shaft. A caliper with a friction pad holding the brake disk 54 is fixed onto a brake stand 62 brought to a detachable state to the driving-section seat of a housing. The braking force of the disk brake 46 can be controlled by a stepping pedal 51 for a control section 50.
