摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device for a mold releasing agent of a die casting machine and a spray method for the mold releasing agent capable of carrying out economically and uniformly coating the mold releasing agent without deteriorating the environment in operation.
SOLUTION: The spray device is composed of a shutter which opens/shuts an opening of a first spray device so as to be on the same level as that of the surface of a cavity part in order to temporarily partition the first spray device, disposed so as to make its opening face the cavity part formed between both molds from the cavity part, a nozzle which is disposed in a space between the spray device and the shutter to drop the mold releasing agent from the upper side, and a perforated plate which is placed between the shutter and the nozzle, and to which the dropped mold releasing agent is blasted being directed to the front by a blown-off air from a fan provided on the front side of the nozzle to serve for uniform dispersion and spray.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-clamping mechanism abnormality observing method for a die casting machine and to provide the die casting machine with which productivity can be improved by estimating the worn amount without decomposing and checking the die-clamping mechanism in the die casting machine, by operating this machine until the moment just before the development of the defective quality in a product and by performing maintenance with minimum decomposition and checking. SOLUTION: In a die casting machine 10 using a toggle mechanism 30 for the die-clamping mechanism 16, a strain gage 40 is stuck on the toggle mechanism 30. Then this strain gage 40 is connected with a stress judging means 47 through a signal amplifier 42. The maintenance can be performed with minimum decomposition and check by calculating the worn amount from data recorded by the stress judging means 47 and also judging the maintenance timing of the die-clamping mechanism by the correlation between this worn amount and the quality of the formed product, and thus the productivity can be improved.
