摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a large quantity of mixing injections easily while retaining self standing properties and a stable form of a container by a method wherein a transfusion liquid is filled in a container with a specified volume and flexible wall, and after sealing the container under a condition in which the container is deformed to reduce the volume, sterilization process is performed while pressing the container by pushing boards. CONSTITUTION:A volume V of a container 2 with a flexible wall shall be the total of a specified filling volume V1, a mixing injection volume V2 and a volume of a head space V3. The container 2 filled with a transfusion liquid 3 of the volume V1 forms a space 4 for the volume V2 + V3 above the liquid level. Then, under a condition in which the volume of the container 2 is reduced by inward deflection-deformation by pressing a body part 5 of the container 2 filled with the transfusion liquid 3, the container 2 is sealed by a cap 6. Then, while keeping the container 2 under a self standable form by pressing the body part 5 by pushing boards 7, the sterilization process is performed. The sterilization process consists of a heating process and cooling process, and the pushing boards 7 are placed across the head space part and the part filled with the transfusion liquid 3 to prevent deformation from happening, and the container 2 is kept under a self standable form during the sterilization process. After the sterilization process, the pushing boards are removed to obtain a transfusion liquid packed container 1.
