    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional laminated electronic component wherein, a material insulation resistance value is dropped or fluctuated due to a structural defect of a magnetic material such as ferrite, and the insulation property and the breakdown voltage property of the laminated electronic component cannot be secured, and the occurrence of current leak between external terminals cannot be prevented by contamination occurring on a surface of the laminated electronic component.
      SOLUTION: In the laminated electronic component, an insulator layer and a conductor pattern are laminated and at least one coil is formed in a laminate. The coil includes a winding part, a first extraction part and a second extraction part. The laminate is composed of magnetic ceramics 11C-11G and nonmagnetic ceramics 13D-13H, the winding part of the coil and the first and second extraction parts thereof are covered with the nonmagnetic ceramics, the magnetic ceramics are arranged to surround the nonmagnetic ceramics; and the surfaces of the magnetic ceramics are covered with glass. External terminals are formed on the surfaces of the magnetic ceramics covered with the glass, and the external terminals are connected to the first and second extraction parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated inductor which can increase the area where magnetic flux can pass on a coil axial part, thereby improving a Q value and an inductance value.
      SOLUTION: Insulating layers and conductor patterns for a coil are laminated, and the conductor patterns for the coil each being sandwiched between insulating layers are connected spirally to form a coil in a laminate. Ends of the coil are connected to external terminals formed on the end faces of the laminate. Each conductor pattern for the coil has land patterns at its ends, and the land patterns are arranged at outer side than the inner circumference of the coil so that these land patterns are prevented from protruding to the coil axial part where the coil is wound.

      SOLUTION: In the laminated electronic component, metal magnetic layers 11A-11F and conductor patterns 12A-12E are laminated, and a coil is formed inside the laminated body. This stacked body is baked at a temperature of not less than 400°C. A baking atmosphere for baking the laminated body is a non-oxidization atmosphere such as vacuum, oxygen-free or low oxygen partial pressure, and after baking the laminated body, a thermosetting resin is impregnated into a gap of the laminated body.

A nonmagnetic material layer that is exposed to the surface of the laminate is formed between the second nonmagnetic material parts.

Between the conductor patterns, a non-magnetic substance is formed. A non-magnetic layer is formed more inward than the surface side of the conductor pattern nearest to the surface of the laminated body.
