    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding a rotator that is fitted in the suction opening of a vacuum cleaner and plays a role of introducing litters, dusts, etc.
      SOLUTION: While the hollow cylindrical core material 2, which has been extrusion molded, passes through the inside of the first die 17, there is formed, on the outer periphery of the hollow cylindrical core material, with a hard synthetic resin from the first extruder 16, a covering body fitted with attaching/holding parts at a predetermined space or there is formed a covering body fitted with attaching/holding parts having a fin-like shape. Then for the attaching/holding parts of the outer periphery of the covering body, twisted parts to the longitudinal direction are formed by the second die 18 which is adjoining and rotates. The attaching/holding parts, for which the twisted parts are provided, are provided with flocked belts or with what thin protective films are fused on the fin-like tips to the longitudinal direction. Further the method is characterized in that the second die to be installed in the exit side of the first die is installed at a position of a predetermined space away.
