摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device capable of reducing the cost. SOLUTION: The following means are adopted in the touch panel device. Namely, the touch panel is adapted to detect, when an arbitrary position of a panel board surface constituted by vertically arranging opposite transparent conductive film substrates is touched, the touched position based on voltage drop at the contact position of the upper and lower substrates, and fetch it as an input signal. An intermediate substrate including a conductor pattern part for leading electrodes of the upper and lower substrates to an external device formed on an insulating film is provided between the upper substrate having electrodes opposed at both one-directional end parts and the lower substrate having electrodes opposed at both end parts orthogonal to the one direction.
