    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization raw sheet using vegetable fibers for easily producing a carbonized sheet at low cost; and to provide a method and apparatus for producing the same.SOLUTION: In a carbonization raw sheet A, a vegetable fiber layer 1 is used as a core layer, and vegetable-based regenerated fiber layers 2, 2 are stacked on both of the front and back surfaces of the vegetable fiber layer. The vegetable fiber layer 1 and the vegetable-based regenerated fiber layers 2, 2 on both of the front and back surfaces are fixed to each other by entanglement using part of vegetable-based regenerated fibers 2a in each vegetable-based regenerated fiber layer 2. The vegetable fiber layer 1 and the vegetable-based regenerated fiber layers 2, 2 are entangled without using an adhesive or heat-fusible fibers, so that binding force between fibers is not lost even by baking. As a result, carbonized products D1 and D2 can be obtained only by baking, so that production is simplified, and production cost can be reduced. The obtained carbonized products D1 and D2 can exhibit antibacterial and deodorizing performance, electromagnetic wave shielding performance, and far-infrared radiation performance.
