The base material includes an elastic sheet whose dielectric constant in frequencies of 800 MHz to 10 GHz is 1.0-15.0 and whose bending repulsion rate is 20-90%.

      SOLUTION: The polyester machine sewing thread comprises at least two kinds of polyester multifilament yarns. One of the multifilament yarns is the multifilament yarn comprising an aliphatic polyester having biodegradability, and the other is the multifilament yarn comprising an aromatic polyester. The polyester machine sewing thread is obtained by subjecting each of the multifilament yarns to primary twist in a twist coefficient of 4,000-7,000, doubling the twisted multifilament yarns, and subjecting the doubled yarns to final twist in a twist coefficient of 5,000-8,000.

Further, it is preferred that the polyethylene naphthalate fiber has a melting point of 285 to 315°C; the largest peak diffraction angle of the X-ray wide-angle diffraction is 25.5 to 27.0°; the polyethylene naphthalate fiber has a dry-heat contraction percentage at 180°C of 0.5 and less than 4.0%; and the polyethylene naphthalate fiber has a peak temperature of tanδ of 150 to 170°C. In addition, the thermoplastic resin is preferably any one selected from the group consisting of polyolefins, polyacrylonitriles, polybutadienes, polyvinyl chlorides, polyacetals, polyesters, and polyamides.
