By displaying the car number of the vehicle on the display unit of the oil feeding device, the system 1 specifies the customer who uses the oil feeding device, and can function as a deterrent for the customer leaving the filling station without paying the refueling charge. The POS terminal performs settling processing while being related to the stored car number and oil supply data from the oil feeding device. The oil feeding device includes a nozzle switch at a nozzle hanger of an oil supply nozzle, and when the oil supply nozzle is detached from the nozzle hanger, the nozzle switch is turned on, whereby oil can be fed from the oil feeding device.
