SOLUTION: The screw type filtration dehydrating device formed by inserting a screw conveyer 11 into a center hole 10 of a cylindrical filter body 7 formed by arranging many groups of filter elements composed of an annular filter plate 2 and an annular movable plate 3 to be laminated, has a structure that plural pieces of one or both of the annular filter plates 2 and the annular movable plates 3 in each element in a squeeze dehydrating part are closely laminated so that the arrangement interval of separated water flow-out grooves 6 in the axial direction is formed to be smaller in the filter part and to be larger in the squeeze dehydrating part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type filtration dehydrator in which raw water containing sludge charged from a hopper easily passes through a feed port, and is promptly fed into the center hole of a filtration body, and smooth filtration dehydration is carried out. SOLUTION: In the screw type filtration dehydrator, an annular filtration plate 2 and an annular movable plate 3 which are oppositely arranged at a distance from slits are stacked and arrayed to form a cylindrical filtration body 7 having each slit as a separated water flowing-out groove 6. An opening part at the starting end of the filtration body 7 is used as the feed port 8 for the raw water containing sludge, and the opening part at the terminal end is used as a discharge port 9 for a dehydrated cake. A screw conveyor 11 is inserted into the center hole 10 of the filtration body 7. An opening width T in the longitudinal direction of a feed flow port 16 of the raw water is set to be 1/2 pitches or less of the length of the helical blade 11B of the screw conveyor 11 directly under the feed flow port 16. SOLUTION: This conical screen has an inside cylinder 1 of a conical shape of which the closed vertex side faces downward, a conical outside cylinder 2 which consists of a perforated plate or net plate enclosing this inside cylinder coaxially at a prescribed spacing and is formed with a truncated opening 3 on the downward vertex side, spiral vanes 4a which are installed on the outer peripheral surface of the inside cylinder and the inner peripheral surface of the outside cylinder so as not to come into contact with the outside cylinder or the inside cylinder facing each other and a mechanism which rotationally drives the inside cylinder or outside cylinder having these spiral vanes in a direction where the phase to be treated existing in the spacing between the inside and the outside cylinder is propelled downward. The phase to be treated is compressed downward between the inside and the outside cylinder and the dehydrated cake is discharged from the truncated opening described above. Moisture is squeezed out of the holes or meshes of the outside cylinder. The discharging of the dehydrated cake from the top end of the outside cylinder by forming the truncated opening 3 on the downward facing vertex side of the inside cylinder and closing the vertex side of the outside cylinder.
