SOLUTION: When the clamp cylinder 15 of each grip mechanism 5 is operated, a long arm 13 and a pad 16 are rocked against a frame 12, and a circular object can be gripped between the pads 16 of the arms 13, 14. When the motor 9 of a rotary mechanism 4 is driven, the motor rotation is decelerated by a small gear 10 and a large gear 11, a rotor 3 and the grip mechanisms 5 are rotated against a substrate 2, and the circular objects gripped by the grip mechanisms 5 can be rotated. When the shift cylinder 20 of a shift mechanism 6 is operated, the left side grip mechanism 5 is moved in the lateral direction against the rotor 3 by a guide shaft 18 and a guide pipe 19, and the circular objects gripped by the grip mechanisms 5 can be attached or separated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport handling materials not less than an optional position among a large number of stacked handling materials by constituting a subject device of a support body, arm bodies, a gripping-holding cylinder and claw bodies, and arranging the front and rear claw bodies to particularly grip and hold front and rear surfaces of the handling materials on the lower side of both arm bodies. SOLUTION: A cargo handling vehicle is moved so as to travel toward handling materials stacked in large numbers, and is positioned between front and rear arm bodies 3 above the handling materials. Next, a raising-lowering body 52 of the cargo handling vehicle is lowered, and front and rear claw bodies 5 are opposed to each other in the front and rear vicinity of the handling materials to be gripped and held. Afterwards, when a front gripping-holding cylinder 4 is actuated, the front arm body 3 is moved backward, and when a rear gripping-holding cylinder 4 is actuated, the rear arm body 3 is moved forward, and front and rear surfaces of the handling materials are gripped and held by the front and rear claw bodies 5. When the raising- lowering body 52 is raised, the handling materials gripped and held by the front and rear claw bodies 5 and handling materials stacked on these are raised together, and these are carried by travel of the cargo handling vehicle.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure so as to facilitate operation by arranging a left arm and a right arm, which are arranged in a cargo vehicle elevationally and can be extended/shrunk sideways orthogonally to the advancing direction, and providing a left pressing roller and a right pressing roller, which are arranged at the tips of the arms individually and can be rotated around the lateral shaft. SOLUTION: When a tube body horizontally placed on the right/left side to the advancing direction of a cargo vehicle is rolled, the cargo vehicle is properly moved forward/backward, while a tube body rolling device 1 is properly moved upward/downward, and an extensible cylinder in a right extensible arm 3 or a left extensible arm 2 is operated so as to properly extend/shrink an internal pipe 7 from/to an external pipe 6, and then, the cargo vehicle is advanced while a right pressing roller 5 or a left pressing roller 4 is brought into contact with the front side inside face at the height of an approximately central part of the tube body. In this process, the right pressing roller 5 or the left pressing roller 4 presses the tube body via the right extensible arm 3 or the left extensible arm 2 so as to smoothly roll the tube body. In this way, the left extensible arm 2 and the right extensible arm 3 are the same in structure, while the left pressing roller 4 and the right pressing roller 5 are the same in structure, so that the structure is simplified and operation can be facilitated. In addition, workability is improved as work can be carried out both on the left and right sides.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a cylindrical blade body to be easily opposed to a top cover of a drum and prevent the top cover, which is cut off, from blocking up the interior of the cylindrical blade body by actuating a guide body so that the top cover and the cylindrical blade body are opposed to each other and releasing the top cover after cutting from the cylindrical blade body by means of an elastic body for the top cover, which is provided in the interior of the cylindrical blade body. SOLUTION: A cargo handling vehicle 50 runs and moves toward a drum A being in a standing state, and an elevation body 54 and other bodies which follow are suitably moved in a lateral direction by a side shifting unit 53 to allow a guide body 4 to abut against the rear side part of the drum A. Thus, a cylindrical blade body 3 is automatically opposed to a top cover B of the drum A at a position above the top cover B. Then, the elevation body 54 and other bodies which follow descend by means of a mast unit 52, and the cylindrical blade body 3 is pressed against the top cover B of the drum A to cut the top cover B. At that time, a spring 14 which is an elastic body 5 for the top cover is gradually compressed in accordance with the descent of the cylindrical blade body 3 and is then stretched at the same time as the completion of cutting the top cover B of the drum A, so that the top cover B is released from the cylindrical blade body 3 to be dropped into the interior of the drum A.
