摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition that can provide molded products causing no spot projection and no scab on its surfaces, even when they directly contact with chlorine-containing water, by using polyolefin resin, pigment and divalent metal hydroxide. SOLUTION: The objective composition is obtained by formulating (A) a polyolefin resin as polyethylene or polybutene, (B) pigments, preferably bluish pigment, (C) divalent metal hydroxide as Zn(OH)2 or Mg(OH)2 , when necessary, (D) an aqueous insoluble dye, dispersant as metal soap, medium or low molecular weight polyethylene, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorber. Their blending quantities are preferably, in the case of the pellets to be directly subjected to the molding, 100 pts.wt. of the component A, 0.01-10 pts.wt. of the component B, 0.001-10 pts.wt. of the component C are used. In the case that the pellet colorant contains a high concentration of pigment, 100 pts.wt. of the component A, 0.1-100 pts.wt. of the component B and 0.02-100 pts.wt. of the component C are preferably used. This composition is suitably used as water (service) pipes, etc.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colorant composition containing titanium oxide in a high concentration, having excellent dispersibility and giving moldings having not deteriorated properties by mixing titanium oxide treated with triethanolamine with a polyester resin and kneading the obtained mixture under heating. SOLUTION: Titanium oxide treated with 0.05-3.0wt.% triethanolamine is mixed with a polyester resin, and the obtained mixture is kneaded under heating to obtain a colorant composition in which the retention of the intrinsic viscosity of the polyester resin is 80% or above. The colorant composition containing titanium oxide treated with triethanolamine is highly hydrophobic, has a low water content and is excellent in dispersibility and high-temperature processability. Therefore, by using the above colorant composition, a colored polyester molding having high dispersion and less deteriorated properties can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of residual coarse particles of pigment and uniformly disperse fine particles to increase the coloring power by kneading an organic pigment resin composition at the melt point or the softening point temperature or below of the resin using a continuous kneading/extrusion machine which kneads the resin between a rotary disc and a fixed disc. SOLUTION: A continuous kneading/extrusion machine kneads a material while passing it between a rotary disc firmly attached to a rotary shaft with a screw formed on the outer peripheral part and an opposite fixed disc in a cylinder. Crests and troughs are alternately formed in a radiating fashion on one face each of both discs. A pigment resin composition containing a polyethylene wax or the like continuously fed by an accessory feeder, is made to pass between the fixed disc and the rotary shaft at the melt point or the softening point temperature or below of a resin, and then is extruded in the outer peripheral direction of the discs at the troughs of both discs. Further, the resin composition is fed into a gap between the outer peripheral part of the rotary disc and the interior of the cylinder. The material on the outer peripheral part of the rotary disc is fed in the center direction of both discs and then is again extruded in the outer peripheral direction from a gap between the rotary shaft and the fixed disc to knead the material by a compression and shear action. Thus it is possible to obtain the pigment resin composition with outstanding pigment dispersion properties and a high coloring power.

As the organic particles can be empolyed organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue and the like, resin particles obtained by the polymerization of monomers in the presence of a minor amount of an emulsifier, and the like.
