    • PURPOSE: To enable the running of a presensor apparatus free from travelling resistance at bends and damage to a sensor, by arranging a sensor mounted thereto to act flexibly against wrinkles and projections of a sheet in a tube regardless of advance or retraction thereof.
      CONSTITUTION: A presensor apparatus body 1 has a pluality of plate springs 4 fastened on the respective circumferences of a front section 2 and a rear section 3 thereof and a wire 5 at the center thereof. A rotary plate 6 has a groove 9 allowed to house pairs of magnetic sensors 8 and 8' on the circumference thereof. The sensors 8 and 8' may be positioned at a branch tube part 16, seamed tube part 17 and a tube wall. The position thereof can be detected by comparing outputs of both the sensors because magnetic fluxes change when one magnetic detector sensor section of the magnetic sensors paired at 180° is positioned at the branch tube part 16 and the seamed tube part 17. When the sensors 8 and 8' contact a wrinkle or a projection, they burns as shown by the arrow A to be housed into the groove 9 to become cylindrical in the outline of the body 1. Thus, the apparatus travels smoothly at the band part thereby eliminating damage to the sensors.

    • PURPOSE:To enable correct lining without peeling a lining material off from a pipe line, by a method wherein the lining material is pierced through within the pipe line by turning over the lining material, after the same has been stuck to the inside of the pipe line with pressure through an adhesive agent, a heating medium is passed through within the lining material without deteriorating fluid pressure and the adhesive agent is cured through heating. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive agent is applied to the inside of a lining material 43. A coiled spring 15 is fitted over the outside circumference of a rear end part of a hose 14, the rear end of the hose 14 is joined with an elbow pipe 13 provided on a discharge port 12 of a heating medium, the hose 14 is wound round a reel 7 and the lining material 43 is wound round the same. The tip of the lining material 43 is fixed to a mouthpiece 36. When a hydraulic fluid is sent in through a hydraulic fluid sending-in port, the lining material 43 is moved forward within a pipe line 46 while the inside of the lining material 43 is being turned over to the outside at the turning point and stuck to the inside of the pipe line 43 with pressure through the adhesive agent. The heating medium passes through the inside of the hose 14 though the elbow pipe 13 from the discharged port 12 of the heating medium, flows out into the lining material 43 through an outflow port 47 of the heating medium and the adhesive agent is cured by heating the same from the inside of the lining material 43.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain lining without fluid leakage, by a method wherein adhesive is injected in a tube type fiber cloth of which outside surface is coated with resin, and lining material is formed by painting adhesive in the inner surface while reducing the pressure from one end, and this is adhered in the pipe line by turning inside out. CONSTITUTION:A lining material 1 on which coated layer 3 of flexible resin is formed on the outside surface of tube type cloth 2 made of fiber, is wound on a reel 4, and its inside end is connected to a vacuum pump through intermediary of a mouth-piece 7, a connecting pipe 6 and a rotary joint 9. Adhesive 11 is injected to the outside end of the lining material 11 which was drawn from the reel 4, and an injected part 12 is mounted on a conveyer, and the end of the lining material is passed through nip rollers 14 and is wound in a pressure vessel 16 from an introducing hole 15. The liner material 1 to which inner surface adhesive 11 is painted, is inserted in the desired pipe line turning inside out by the fluid pressure, and is adhered in the inside surface of the pipe line by adhesive 1. Hereby, the liner without fluid leakage can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain sound film layer with no pinhole by a method wherein air tight tube is brought into contact under pressure with the inner surface of lining material inserted in pipe line by expanding the tube with pressure fluid and, after that, the bonding agent layer of the lining material is hardened by introducing warming fluid in the tube. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, the tip of the lining material 1, to which air tight tube 3 is connected, is fixed to the delivery port 5 of a pressure vessel 4 so as to turn the lining 1 inside out at the turning part 7 by the action of pressure fluid fed in the tube through a feeding-in port 6 in order to insert the lining together with the tube 3 in a pipe line 2. Secondly, fitments 9 and 9' are fitted to both the end of the lining 1 together with the tube 3. Thirdly, pressure fluid is introduced through the feeding-in ports 14 of the fitments 9 and 9' in order to bring the lining 1 into contact bonding with the inner surface of the pipe line 2. Fourthly, after discharging the pressure fluid, the tube 3 is brought into contact bonding with the inner surface of the lining 1 by means of pressure fluid introduced through a feeding-in port 16. Under the state just mentioned above, warming fluid in a tank 17 is fed through a feeding-in port 16' into the tube 3 in order to heat and harden the bonding agent lying between the lining 1 and the pipe line 2. Thus, the lining of the pipe line is obtained without the generation of pinhole.
