摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a stable running by providing a device for pressing and supporting a ceiling on a main body of an underwater work machine to impart a load to the main body at all times. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is fixedly secured to the upper part of a main body 1 and two hydraulic cylinders 3 are mounted on the upper ends of the frame 2, which are turned upward and spaced apart in an advancing direction. A roller 4 is fixed on the upper end of a piston rod 3a of the cylinder 3. When pressure oil is fed to the cylinder 3, the rods 3a moves upward to urge the roller 4 fixed on the upper end thereof against the surface of the ceiling 6. Since an accumulator 7 is attached to a pressure oil pipe 9a, the roller 4 is pressed against said surface 6 under a constant load W2. When the rod 3a comes to a location where the height of the surface of the ceiling 6 is low, it is pushed back by the ceiling 6, while excessive pressure oil is received by a pressure reservoir 7b to maintain the press load exerted on the roller 4 at W2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To minimize the driving force necessary for work by installing a control section which rotates a recovery mouse while abutting against a wall surface and a control section which detects the extending condition of a telescopic arm and drives the recovery mouse away from the wall surface. CONSTITUTION:The control unit consists of a control section which rotates a recovery arm 23 via an actuator while abutting a recovery mouse 21 against the wall surface of waterway by a holding mechanism 22 and a control section which detects the extending condition of telescopic arm 24 and drives the recovery mouse 21 away from the wall surface when an arm 24 turns to retraction. When the telescopic arm 24 is retracting, the removal/recovery work is not performed because the required torque T is excessively high, and only when the telescopic arm 24 is extending, work is performed. Thus, control is carried out to decrease the torque. The remnants cause by one-rotation work of recovery mouse 21 is removed and recovered by the reverse rotation. Thus, the construction is made small.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by installing a drive, in which a removing and recovering mouth having a built-in rotary cutting tools is mounted at the front end of a suction pipe while the mouth is turned around the axis of the expansion cylinder section of the suction pipe. CONSTITUTION:A torque actuator 6 is driven and a suction pipe 10 is rotated around a horizontal axis thereof, and removing and recovering mouth 15 is revolved at 0 deg.-360 deg. on a surface to be cleaned 40, and turned at 0 deg. to -360 deg. in the return direction. A torque actuator 21 is driven and a sprocket 22a is rotated, and a sprocket 22b set up to a swivel joint 14 is revolved through a chain 23 and the mouth 15 is inverted at 180 deg.. A mouth support base 13 is controlled so as to push the mouth 15 against the surface to be cleaned 40 at all times by the expansion and contraction of a hydraulic cylinder 16. An attachment cut by the cutter of the mouth 15 is removed, and recovered through the suction pipe 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance cleaning efficiency by providing a suction pipe with a suction pump, a horizontal section projected out of a main body and with an extension section furnished with a suction section out of the horizontal section, and thereby providing a vehicle with a drive device rotating the aforesaid suction pipe and with a telescopic mechanism moving the pipe back to a wall surface. CONSTITUTION:Downward ground contacting force is imparted by means of running water in a water channel 14 to a self-propelled vehicle main body 11 capable of travelling in the water channel 14 such as a closed conduit and the like, and the main body is provided with a suction pump 16 driven by a hydraulic motor 15 where a suction pipe 16a and an exhaust pipe 19 are connected to a suction pipe 18 and a discharge side respectively in fluid sealing relation. In the second place, a drive device 21 which permits the suction pipe 18 to be rotated around the axial line of a horizontal section 18a, is interposed between both bearings 20 and 20 where its stationary side is connected to a rotating side with a swivel joint 17 in fluid sealing condition. A suction mouth 27 is provided for the tip end of an extension section 18b which is bent into an elbow shape out of the horizontal section 18a to clean a wall surface 31 to be cleaned, with an inner cleaning brush 30. By this constitution, it is thereby possible to clean attachments and deposits over the wall surface and the like.

And the main body 1 is set in a working position for the removal of attachments over the wall surface of the closed conduit using an attitude detection device 6 furnished with a roller 6a which can make rotatably contact with the side wall 8 of the closed conduit, so that attachments over the wall surface of the closed conduit can be recovered by a recovering device made up out of a recovery mouth 2, a recovery pump 3 and a manipulator 7. By this constitution, the stable running performance of a work vehicle can thereby be enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a robot shape small by using hydraulic operation for rotation of recovery arm, positional control of recovery mouth, and extension/retraction of telescopic arm. CONSTITUTION:A recovery arm 23 at the tip of a rotating shaft is rotated by a hydraulic torque actuator 25 via the rotation of rotating shaft 27. A telescopic arm 24 is extended or retracted by a hydraulic cylinder type extending machine 28 to adjust the distance variation of recovery arm 23 in a stepwise mode. Then, a recovery mouse 21 whose position is controlled in relation to the wall surface by a holding mechanism 22 is rotated and moved to cut and remove substances adhering to the wall surface. The removed substances are recovered with a recovery pump 26. The recovery pump 26 and the hydraulic torque actuator 25 are housed in a body 1. This constitution makes a robot shape optimum and increases work efficiency.
