    • PURPOSE:To enables the increase of the size of a unit and to improve the working efficiency of a field by a method wherein an opening part is formed in the outer wall of a house unit, the opening part is mounted to the central part of a bay-window through a coupling tool, and the bay-window is rotated around a longitudinal (lateral) axis toward the indoor or the outdoor side. CONSTITUTION:An opening part 3 is formed in an outer wall 2 with which the one surface of a house unit 1 is formed, and a flange wall 7 protrudes from the opening part 3 to the outer periphery of a bay-window 5 protruding to the outdoor side. An inner corner bead 4A making close contact with the indoor side of the flange wall 7 and an outer corner bead 4B making close contact with the outdoor side are mounted half and half to the inner periphery of the opening part 3 through a tight material T. The opening part 3 and the central part of the bay-window 5 are mounted to each other through a coupling tool 8, and the bay-window 5 is capable of being stored in a place on the indoor side from an outer wall 2 around the coupling tool 8 serving as a fulcrum. This constitution performs safe mounting of the bay-window at a field and simplifies and facilitates a work at a field.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neat opening part by installing a sash frame on the peripheral outdoor side of the opening part and a picture frame on the indoor side, and setting the tip of an inner peripheral side projecting part in the sash frame all on the outer peripheral side more than an inner peripheral surface of the picture frame. SOLUTION: A panel 1 having an opening part having a panel body 3, a sash frame 4 and a picture frame 5 is molded, and the panel body 3 joins a surface plate 6 and a liner 7 by a spacer, and a heat insulating material 9 is arranged in a space. An installing opening 12 is penetratingly formed in the indoor outdoor direction in this panel body 3, and the picture frame 5 is arranged over the four peripheries on the indoor side, and the sash frame 4 is installed on the outdoor side. Next, the indoor side of the picture frame 5 is overhung to the indoor side more than an indoor side surface of the panel body 3, and the outdoor side is formed on the indoor side by about 1/3 of a thickness of the panel body 3 more than an outdoor side surface of the panel body 3. Therefore, a face opening is enlarged, and a panel whose contour is neat and which has the opening part can be formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall panel that can be easily fitted between frameworks so as to form a strong bearing wall and cope with even a building of complicated structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of longitudinal frame materials 7, 7 are erected on one side of each heat insulating panel body 1. A plurality of longitudinal frame members 7, 7 are protruded vertically and laterally from the vertical and lateral ends of frame materials 2. The protruded parts of the longitudinal frame materials 7, 7 form fitting parts, and a building wall is formed using these heat insulating panel bodies 1. In this case, the protruded parts of the longitudinal frame materials 7 at both lateral ends are fitted to a framework in a place where the heat insulating panel bodies 1 are continuous flush with each other or in a place where the longitudinal frame material 7 are positioned on the outdoor side at an outside angle of a building, and the relative longitudinal frame materials 7 out of the longitudinal frame material 7 at both lateral ends are removed from the heat insulating panel bodies 1 in a place where the heat insulating panel bodies 1 are at the reentrant angle of the building and the longitudinal frame materials 7 are positioned on the indoor side. A separately made corner longitudinal frame material 8 is disposed at the removed place, and the adjacent heat insulating panel bodies 1 are connected by this corner longitudinal frame material 8.
