Respective ends of the steel framed large beams 13 are connected to the steel framed columns 11A. The end of steel framed small beams 15 are connected to the struts 12c of the truss beam 12A. And the middle of truss beam is forced to coincide with the floor face FL of respective floors. Accordingly, a long span can be realized with less steel framed members and the truss beam itself serves as a substrate frame for a spandrel wall of a building or a suspended wall. And hence, it is not required to fit other substrate frame members. And also true assembling workability or construction members like columns and beams of the upper body in the construction site is increased.

Prolongation of a construction period of the work can be suppressed by stacking the blocks 12 from the front face side. In addition, since the guideway 42 is made narrow to the through hole 44, an amount of grout to be filled in the blocks 12 can be reduced.
