    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an apparatus and to enhance a flocculating effect in an agglutination vessel and the dehydrating effect of a muddy water separator by sending muddy waste water to the agglutination vessel under pressure, continuously separating flocks formed in the muddy waste water, sending the waste water flowing out of the vessel to the muddy water separator under pressure and removing mud in the waste water. CONSTITUTION:A polymer flocculant is added to raw water and this raw water is allowed to flow into a vertical multistage flocculation reaction vessel 25 through a feed path 4. A flocculant is successively put in the raw water in stirring vessels 27a-27c and the raw water passes through perforated plates 26a-26c under stirring with stirring blades 30a-30d. During this passing, an agglutination proceeds in the raw water and flocks are formed in the raw water. Since the raw water is prevented from flowing rapidly, the agglutination can be allowed to proceed satisfactorily. The flocks and the treated water are transferred to a muddy water separator 20 and subjected to solid-liq. separation. Since all the stage are carried out as integrated work through hermetically sealed feeding mechanisms, the raw water can be continuously treated.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a water area and to provide the small-sized thickener by adding a fluidized filter layer which can remove small flocks and can be regenerated by washing to the thickener. CONSTITUTION:This thickener includes a flocculation reaction vessel 10 which flocculates suspended materials by mixing a flocculating agent into waste water contg. the suspended materials and stirring the waste water and a settling and separating vessel 20 which settles the formed flocs and separates the flocs from the waste water. Filter media 30 which float by covering the waste water surface in the vessel and a filter medium washing and circulating device 31 which takes the filter media out of the water surface, washes the media and returns the media onto the water surface are disposed within this settling and separating vessel 20. The small flocs ascending without being completely settled in the settling and separating vessel 20 of the thickener are removed by the filter media 30 and, therefore, the water area part for setting the small flocks which is heretofore required for the conventional thickeners is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To cast concrete having good quality by suppressing a rise in the temp. of concrete due to heat of hydration, by supplying aggregate before the kneading of concrete to the continuous moving body provided in a vacuum tank in predetermined moisture content and removing evaporation heat to lower the temp. of the aggregate. CONSTITUTION:Aggregate S such as fine aggregate, coarse aggregate or a mixture thereof having about 15% of surface moisture supplied to a hopper 1 falls on the belts 4 of belt conveyors synchronously driven of respective stages through a vacuum valve 2 on a supply side. When the aggregate S is successively supplied so that the supply amount thereof does not exceed the skirts 6 attached on both sides of the belts 4, the aggregate S becomes the same thickness up to the belt 4 of the lowermost stage over the respective stages. The supply of the aggregate S is stopped and a vacuum valve 8 is opened to drive a vacuum pump 14. The surface water of the aggregate S is evaporated and the temp. of the aggregate is lowered to temp. 3-4 deg.C higher than the surface temp. of the cooler 10 in a cold trap 9. The cooled aggregate S can be discharged while the total amount thereof is cooled by bringing a vacuum tank 3 to atmospheric pressure by opening a vacuum breaking valve 16 and opening a vacuum valve 7 on a discharge side to drive the drive pulleys 5 of the respective stages.

    • PURPOSE:To dispense with a scaffold of full height and facilitate execution even on the foundation of inclined ground by loading a main pillar on the concrete after placing, contracting jacks so as to pull up a formwork applying the reaction on the main pillar, and extending the jacks so as to push up the main pillar applying the reaction on the formwork. CONSTITUTION:A main pillar 1 is loaded on the upper face of hardened concrete 4. Next jacks 3 are contracted so as to pull up a formwork 2 through a suspended girder 21 applying the reaction on the main pillar 1. The lower end part of a formwork 2 is fixed to the concrete 4. This work of pulling up and fixing is executed from a scaffold 5 connected to the suspended girder 21. Next the jacks 3 are extended so as to push up the lower end of the main pillar 1 up to a little higher position than the surface of concrete succeedingly being placed applying the reaction on the formwork 2. Next, concrete is placed in the formwork 2. By repeating the above-mentioned operations, a scaffold from the foundation to the upper end is unnecessary, and the execution is facilitated even if the foundation ground is uneven or inclined.
