摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately assessing proliferation inhibiting effect of an inhibitor on tumor cell and a method for accurately determining sensitivity of tumor cell to the inhibitor. SOLUTION: The method comprises a process preparing a sample containing a transmembrane tyrosine kinase by separating cytoplasm from a tumor cell, a process treating the sample with an inhibitor inhibiting activity of the transmembrane tyrosine kinase, a process contacting the transmembrane tyrosine kinase in the treated sample with at least two kinds of substrates against to the transmembrane tyrosine kinase to phosphorylate the substrate by the activity of the transmembrane tyrosine kinase in the treated sample, a process detecting the prescribed phosphorylated substrate, a process measuring the activity value of the transmembrane tyrosine kinase in the treated sample, and a process evaluating the proliferation inhibiting effect of the inhibitor to the tumor cell based on the activity value.
