    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic material having excellent metal dusting resistance and, e.g., suitable as the stock for a cracking furnace, a reforming furnace, a heating furnace or a heat exchanger in petroleum refining plant, a petrochemical plant or the like.
      SOLUTION: The metallic material having metal dusting resistance has a composition comprising, by mass, 0.01 to 0.4% C, 0.01 to 1.0% Si, 0.01 to 2.5% Mn, 15 to 35% Cr, 20 to 70% Ni, 0.05 to 20% Cu, ≤0.1% S, >0.8 to 4.0% Al, ≤0.1% N, ≤0.02% O (oxygen), >0.05 to 0.3% P, one or more selected from 0.001 to 1% Sb and 0.001 to 0.5% Bi, and the balance Fe with impurities. The material may comprise one or more selected from ≤10% Co, ≤3% Mo, ≤6% W, ≤2% Ti, ≤2% Nb, ≤0.1% B, ≤1.2% Zr, ≤0.5% Hf, ≤0.1% Mg, ≤0.1% Ca, ≤0.15% Y, ≤0.15% La, ≤0.15% Ce and ≤0.15% Nd as well.
