The whole nonwoven fabric is divided into a uniform smooth surface plane area P and a mesh area M having an opening pattern. The outer layer hydrophobic fiber layer is formed of mixed fibers of microfibers and normal fibers. The center layer hydrophilic fiber layer is formed of fibers with a fiber length of 25 mm or more.

The weight rate of the microfibers in the fiber mixture is a half or more that of the ordinary fibers. The impregnation liquid preferably contains a silicone resin emulsion containing the water-repelling component, and the silicone resin emulsion is preferably contained in the impregnation liquid. The silicone resin emulsion is preferably prepared by dissolving trimethylsiloxysilicate in dimethylpolysiloxane or its modified product and then emulsifying the water-repelling component with a surfactant.
