    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably fit and sandwich a solar battery panel having a structure, where an outer peripheral end rear surface is inclined or bent, through the use of frames which are lightweight, inexpensive, and durable with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The frames are composed of frames 3A for long sides and frames 3B for short sides. Each panel end fitting part of a main configuration part has a structure where a solar battery panel outer peripheral end is vertically fixed by sandwiching and also the other peripheral end of the solar battery panel 2 is easily inserted and fitted for reliable fixing. The structure includes an upper tongue piece 3b and a lower tongue piece 3c, where cross sectional shapes are substantially horizontal "U" or inverted horizontal "U". The upper and lower tongue pieces are respectively arranged at the same positions in a substantially horizontal direction. The panel sandwiching part b1 of the upper tongue piece contacts a horizontal panel light receiving surface.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conceal an electrode portion of a different color from the other portion of a solar cell module without increasing an assembling step of the module to unify the color of the CIS based thin film solar cell module as a whole, thereby enhancing a fine view.
      SOLUTION: The external view of the solar cell module 1 is made beautiful by unifying the color of a submodule 3 and the color of an electrode 3A of the submodule 3, and a black ceramic layer 7 of the substantially same color as the submodule 3 is formed on the back (lower face) of a peripheral end of a cover glass 4. The silver white electrode 3A formed in an outer circumference of the submodule 3 is concealed by the black ceramic layer 7, and the module 1 has the unified color as a whole, thereby enhancing a fine view. A baking work of the black ceramic layer 7 is carried out by utilizing heat when the cover glass 4 is reinforced by thermal treatment.

      CONSTITUTION: An electric power generated in a solar cell 1 is connected to a DC motor 3 through a circuit breaker 2 fitted with a thermo detector. The DC motor 3 is connected to the ventilating-fan 4, being driven by the DC motor 3 and the ventilating-fan 4 is installed in the ventilator opening exit 7, being provided on a outer wall 6. At the outer wall opening 6 the hood 8 is provided, forming its blow-off exit downward, similarly, the movable flap 9 capable of shutting off the ventilating passage, is installed on the same wall. When it comes to a strong windy and heavy rainy weather, thereby, an external force exceeding a constant level of the pressure is added to the above flap 9, then it is pushed up to shut off the opening 7, therefore, blowing into a house by rain water is prevented.
