SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium 200 is configured by stacking a transparent layer 10, a first information recording layer 20, an intermediate layer 30, a second information recording layer 40, and a substrate 50, all in this order from a reproduction light incident side. The first information recording layer 20 is the layer only to read the information, and the second information recording layer 40 is the layer including an area possible to rewrite the information.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cost being from increased caused by the enhancement of the recording density of an optical information storage medium using a super resolution reproduction technique to the reproduction light of a blue laser beam and to attain both the enhancement of the recording density and high reproduction durability. SOLUTION: The optical information storage medium 60 includes at least a light transmitting layer 10, a first information recording layer 20, an intermediate layer 30 mainly made of resin, a second information recording layer 40, and a substrate 50 which are laminated in this order from a reproduction light incident surface side. Both of the first and the second information recording layers 20 and 40 respectively include reproduction films 21 and 41 which make it possible to reproduce signals shorter in mark length than an optical resolution limit of a reproducing device for performing reproduction by the reproduction light of the blue laser beam and are essential at least for super resolution reproduction. Thus, the need of a reflection film required in a conventional super resolution medium using a mask layer is eliminated and a two-layered super resolution medium wherein a cost increase is minimized, the reproduction durability is high and the recording density is high can be provided.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize enhancement in sensitivity of reproduction for a super-resolution optical information recording medium. SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium is laminated with at least a light transmitting layer 10, an information recording layer 20 and a substrate 30 in this order from a surface for incidence of reproducing light. This optical information recording medium reproduces a signal with mark length shorter than resolution limit of a reproducing device for an optical system by heating a reproducing film 21 with heat produced in a light absorbing layer 22 due to irradiation with the reproducing light. The light transmitting layer 10 has, for example, a resin layer 12 with low thermal conductivity comprising transparent acrylic adhesion resin in order to stick a polycarbonate film 11 on the information recording layer 20. The transparent acrylic adhesion resin for forming this transparent resin layer 12, compared with UV hardening resin used as material for conventional light transmitting layer, is formed with coarser organization, low in the thermal conductivity, and has a role for preserving the heat produced in the information recording layer 20.
