    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which a toner cartridge with less remaining amount of toner, whose early use is desired is preferentially used without stopping an image forming operation. SOLUTION: When toner concentration in a developer storage container 15K to which toner is supplied from either of two cartridges 8K1 or 8K2 becomes low, a control means 7 drives either of a motor 9K1 and a motor 9K2 so that the toner is replenished from a toner cartridge with less remaining amount of the toner by toner remaining amount detection information which is information regarding the remaining amount of the toner to be stored in the respective toner cartridges 8K1, 8K2.
