    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of an eave soffit cover member for concealing a gap between an eaves gutter and a nose plate by which the cover member is not moved easily by an external force like a wind since it is fixed surely, the cover member is made to be attachable and detachable, the appearance of the eaves is not spoiled while a fitting jig is seen from the lower side of the gap when the cover member is not used, and cost performance is good since the structure of the fitting jig is simple.
      SOLUTION: The fitting structure comprises the long and substantially flat plate-like eave soffit cover member 2 which is disposed by the intermediary of the fitting jig 1 to conceal the gap between the eaves gutter 3 and the nose plate 6 . The cover member 2 is formed with a substantially T-letter shaped supporting projection 21 on its rear face. The fitting jig 1 has a recessed supporting channel for supporting the cover member to be substantially horizontal by engaging the supporting projection. The fitting jig 1 also has a fixing plate which is in contact with the nose plate 6 for fixing, and has a protuberance at a screwing part screwed to the nose plate for reinforcement.
