When the thermal head 1 is moved against a spring force of the spring member 4, a spring member 10 swings a release arm 9 following the thermal head 1. An engagement part 9b of the release arm 9 swinging following the thermal head 1 is engaged with the shaft part 2a, pressing out the shaft part in a direction (arrow A direction) to escape from an opening of the notch 7.
