    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a power inductor in which an aspect ratio of coil electrode patterns is increased and interlayer connection of the coil electrode patterns is made without separate via electrodes; and a manufacturing method of the power inductor.SOLUTION: A power inductor has an interlayer connection structure of upper layer and lower layer coil electrode patterns 120, 130 disposed to face each other on both sides of an insulating layer 110. The power inductor includes: an opening part 111 penetrating through the insulating layer; upper layer and lower layer coil electrode patterns formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the insulating layer and having a form in which the patterns are wound around the opening part; and metal layers 121a, 131a plated on a surface of the innermost pattern 120a of the upper layer coil electrode pattern and a surface of the innermost pattern 130a of the lower layer coil electrode pattern. The metal layer plated on the surface of the innermost pattern of the upper layer coil electrode pattern and the metal layer plated on the surface of the innermost pattern of the lower layer coil electrode pattern are extended to an inner wall of the opening part to be connected to each other.
