A feeding saccharified liquid having a Brix of not less than 40%, a total nitrogen content of not less than 3.0 mg/mL, a potassium content of not less than 500 ppm, a phosphorus content of not less than 400 ppm, and a magnesium content of not less than 100 ppm is obtained by using, as a fermentation water, the saccharified liquid obtained by allowing the α-amylase, the glucoamylase and the proteolytic enzyme to act on the polished rice subjected to the pregelatinization treatment and having a rate of 90% or more of the polished rice subjected to the pregelatinization treatment in the presence of the water.
