摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more stabilized ironing and to contrive cost reduction by having bearing part between a face with which the inlet half angle is formed and a face with which the outlet half angle is formed as a die in ironing. SOLUTION: The bearing part 3 substantially parallel to the axial direction is formed between an approach part 4 and a release part 5 and the inlet half angle θ1 of the approach part 4 and the outlet half angle θ2 of the release part 5 are respectively taken as within a range of 3-20 deg. and within a range of 1-20 deg.. The boundary position P2 between the approach part 4 and the bearing part 3, that is, the intersection P2 between the face with which the inlet half angle θ1 is formed and a bearing face, and the boundary position P3 between the bearing part 3 and the release part 5, that is, the intersection P3 between the bearing face and the face with which the outlet half angle θ2 is formed are respectively made into curved surfaces without a sharp edge, that is, so as to become smooth curved surfaces the radii R2 , R3 of curvatures of which are respectively >=0.1mm.
