    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zeolite containing an element having a large ionic radius and being difficult to introduce by a common synthesis method in the framework at a high ratio. SOLUTION: The metallosilicate having the MWW type structure contains at least one type of an element selected from the elements of groups 3 to 14 in the fourth period or latter in the periodic table. This substance can be produced by the following steps 1 to 4: step 1 of heating a mixture containing a template compound, a compound containing an element of group 13 in the periodic table, a silicon-containing compound, and water to obtain a precursor, step 2 of acid-treating the precursor obtained in step 1, step 3 of heating the acid-treated precursor obtained in step 2 together with a mixture containing a template compound and water in the presence of a compound containing at least one type of an element selected from the elements of group 3 to 14 in the fourth period or latter in the periodic table to obtain a precursor again, and step 4 of calcining the precursor obtained in step 3 to obtain a crystalline zeolite substance.
