摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely restore the edge parts of runner shoulder parts and to remarkably enhance the durability by setting a working plate on the upper surface of the damaged rubber shoulder parts, spraying a spraying material almost in the perpendicular direction to the side surface in a side wall part and executing the repairing work to the runner shoulder part along the lower surface of the working plate. SOLUTION: When the runner shoulder parts (a) are damaged with respect to the initial working line L2 of the iron tapping runner 1 for blast furnace and fallen out to the damaged line L1, the working plate 3 is set in the horizontal posture at the position corresponding to the upper surface of the side wall part. Successively, the spreading work of the spraying material is executed with a spraying nozzle from the perpendicular direction (the arrow mark P direction) to the side wall part. At this time, the spreading work is executed to the spread-repairing line L3 having a little narrower runner width than the initial work line L2 and this runner width is made to about 90-80% of the runner width in the initial work line L2. In this way, since the upper surface side of the side wall part is regulated with the working plate 3, the edge parts 1c of the runner shoulder parts can precisely be formed and also, can be worked in a high density to execute the repairing having high strength.

The kneaded product of the indeterminate refractory with the water or the colloidal silica 150-240 mm tap flow value corresponding to the JIS R 2521 flow test after 3 hr.
