摘要： PURPOSE:To permit an accurate cap transfer by providing a second rotary body with arcuate pocket parts engageable with a roller and concentric with a cap retaining mechanism. CONSTITUTION:At a cap transfer part A for transferring a cap 7 from a picker 8 to a cap retaining mechanism 9, the picker 8 is made movable directly under its position following the cap retaining mechanism 9 movable at a constant speed along a circular track C. A disk 38 provided with a plurality of semicircular pocket parts 37 with which the outer periphery of each of rollers 36 is engageable is fixed to the rotary body 6 of a capper 4, each of the pocket parts 37 is made concentric with the cap retaining mechanism 9 and the inside diameter of the pocket part 37 is made larger than the outside diameter of the cap retaining mechanism 9 so as not to hinder the up and down motion of the cap retaining mechanism 9. This cap feeding method permits an accurate cap transfer even in an attempt to speed up the function of the capper 4.
