    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take measures for noise for the prevention of generation of erroneous operation, even under a condition such as tending noise to be induced in a communication controller, which conducts communications between respective control means with a plurality of control means provided by using a means for forming a communication clock so as not to be synchronous with a switching signal. SOLUTION: A communication controller involves two control means, and conducts, for example, cable communications between the control means. When a communication controller is provided, for example, in a washing machine, a main control part 31 is a circuit including a microcomputer or the like, and an auxiliary control part 33 is used for the control of the whole washing machine. In the communication controller, a clock CL for reading-in a signal outputted at the main control part 31 is formed, so as to be asynchrous with the switching signal of an inverter signal IS or the like by forming a phase difference, for example, using a delay means 51. It is thus possible to prevent noises from overlapping at the time of reading-in data for higher communication precision.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive inverter device which is stably operated. SOLUTION: An inverter device is provided with a rectifying means 2 to rectify the AC voltage in a pulsating manner, and an inverter part 3 in which switching elements 4a-4d are connected in full-bridge type. In order to apply the voltage to an induction motor 5 connected output terminals A, B of the inverter part 3 by turning on/off the switching elements 4a-4d, the rectified waveform voltage to be outputted from the rectifying means 2 is inputted in the inverter part 3 as it is. A power supply frequency detecting means 10 to output the signal synchronous to the AC voltage is provided, and the inverter part 3 outputs the pseudo sinusoidal AC current of integral multiple of the frequency of the AC voltage by turning on/off the switching elements 4a-4d with the prescribed switching pattern synchronous to the signal to be outputted from the power supply frequency detecting means 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter washing machine capable of electrically braking in a stable and positive manner. SOLUTION: This inverter washing machine comprises a DC brushless motor 7; position detecting means 55a-55c for detecting the rotating position of a rotor of the motor 7; a microcomputer 41 for outputting driving signals P1-P6 on the basis of detected position signals Hu, Hv, Hw; and an inverter circuit 35 for supplying three-phase alternating current to the motor 7 by the driving signals. The microcomputer 41 has a built-in memory stored with sine wave data, detects the rotating speed of the motor 7 from the position signals Hu, Hv, Hw and sets the value of a data pointer which is to be an address to the memory, according to the rotating speed at timing obtained from the position signals Hu, Hv, Hw. The microcomputer 41 can thereby perform phase angle control. Upon receiving a stop command, the microcomputer 41 changes the initial value of the data pointer so as to output phase-delayed sine wave data instead of the sine wave data of present rotation control.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost inverter device by lessening a load on an induction motor and then making an easy PWM-control of the motor. SOLUTION: Between a power supply line 18 and a ground line 19, switching elements 4a-4d are connected in the form of a full bridge. An inverter controller 9a, 11, 12 has a first mode at which when the switching elements 4b, 4c are in an off state, one of the switching elements 4a, 4d is turned on and the other is turned on or on/off-controlled and a second mode at which when the switching elements 4a, 4d are in an off state, one of the switching elements 4b, 4c is turned on and the other is turned on or on/off-controlled. The rectified waveform voltage from a rectifier 2 is directly inputted into the power supply line 18. The inverter controller 9a, 11, 12 divides a period of time to correspond to each half wave of the rectified waveform voltage and switches its mode between the first and the second one for eachdivided portion of the period and then outputs a PWM signal so that a pseudo AC voltage given to an induction motor 6 may have such a frequency zero-crossing at mode switching points.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce wiring materials in number and simplify mounting of wiring materials, a connector and a cooling duct by providing sub-control units, which are connected to a main control unit via the wiring materials to drive respective device, in respective chambers, and extending the wiring materials into cooling duct. CONSTITUTION:A cooling air duct 29 is removed from an inner box 21, wiring materials 101 are caused to be exposed to a rear surface of the inner box 21, a connector 105 is separated from respective sub-control units 71-74 of respective chambers 23, 24, 25, and the wiring materials 101 are removed from the inner box 21. After the connector 105 of the wiring materials 101 having been removed or fresh wiring materials 101 is connected to the respective sub-control units 71-74 of the respective chambers 23, 24, 25, the cooling air duct 29 is mounted to the rear surface of the inner box 21. As the wiring materials 101 are thus extended into the cooling air duct 29, they are protected by the cooling air duct 29 even when an external cause such as collision of an object in manufacturing and in use occurs. In addition, parts for securing of the wiring materials such as tape and the like can be dispensed with since the wiring materials 101 can be received in the cooling air duct 29.
