    • PURPOSE:To obtain an abrasion tester which can provide conditions approximating actual working conditions and test the abrasion resistance of the inside of a synthetic resin pipe under those conditions for the purpose of checking whether the pipe body of the synthetic resin pipe has a sufficient abrasion resistance or not, in the case when the pipe is employed for transportation of a fluid containing hard powder bodies such as earth and sand. CONSTITUTION:In a tester, a pipe-shaped test piece is fitted in a test piece holding case 7 disposed in the middle of a circulating pipeline R and an abrasive composed of powder bodies and a dispersion liquid is charged in an abrasive holding tank 1. The abrasive, which is agitated sufficiently by operating an agitator 4 constantly, is sent into the circulating pipeline R continuously from a pump 5 and made to circulate, the test piece is taken out of the test piece holding case 7 after passage of a prescribed time, the weight thereof is measured and the amount of abrasion thereof is calculated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a worker to confirm that a torque wrench receives reaches a fixed torque by sound securely and obtain fixed tightening force irrespective of worker's skill by constituting in such a manner that sound is generated when torque which the torque wrench consisting of a lever and a cam receives reaches fixed torque. SOLUTION: When a branch saddle 6 is attached to a pipe 5, the branch saddle 6 is put on the pipe 5 by putting fringe parts 61, 62 of the branch saddle 6 below suppressing pieces 20, 21, respectively. When a lever 32 is turned in the direction in which it rises in this condition, a cam 31 rotates to push down the suppressing piece 21. At this time, the fringe part 61 on one side is suppressed by the suppressing piece 20, and the fringe part 62 on the other side is pressed by the suppressing piece 21 so that the branch saddle 6 adheres to the pipe 5 closely. Moreover, at this time, when the cam 31 presses down the suppressing piece 21 to a fixed position and a torque wrench 3 receives fixed torque, sound is generated from a sound generation device which is built in the cam 31 and is connected with a torque detector so that a worker confirms that it reaches predetermined pressing force based on the sound.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a plurality of branch operations from one service tee, and freely select the branch direction according to a condition of an execution field by arranging a receiving port in which a resistance heating wire is disposed on an inner circumferential surface side of one end part of a joint main body, and arranging a plurality of branch connecting parts on the other end part. SOLUTION: A lower surface of a saddle part 31 of a service tee 3 abuts on a prescribed position of an outer peripheral surface of a main pipe 2, and is fixed thereto. Current is carried to a nichrome wire arranged on a lower surface side of the saddle part 31 through both terminals 311, and the saddle part 31 is fused with the main pipe 2. A spigot 34 protruded to a side of a barrel part 32 disposed upward from the saddle part 31 is fused with a receiving port 12. Both branch connecting part 15 positioned on upper and lower parts is fused with a branch pipe. At this time, the connecting direction of each elbow for 90 degrees is changed, and thereby, branch directions of both branch pipes are optionally changed. The fusion joint 1 is assembled with the service tee 3, and thereby, two branch piping operations are carried out from one service tee 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a molding cycle to improve productivity, and carry out connection surely by forming a heating element on a conductive sheet, in an electrodeposition joint which the heat element is arranged in the vicinity of a surface of a joint main body. SOLUTION: An electrodeposition joint of a socket type is composed of a joint-main body 1 and a heating element 2 of a conductive sheet shape. The heating element 2 is made of polyethylene(PE) resin formed by uniformly mixing and dispersing carbon black, and terminal pins 31, 31 for current-carrying are connected to a part of ring shaped electrode plates 3, 3 mounted on outer peripheral surfaces of both ends of the heating element 2. In the case of use, PE pipes 4, 4 are inserted in sockets of both end parts of the electric fusion joint, and current-carrying is carried out through power supply codes connected to the terminal pins 31, 31. The carbon black in the heating element 2 is heated, the PE resin formed around the carbon black and the outer surface layers of both PE pipes 4 are fused, and the electric fusion joint and both PE pipes are fusing connected to each other so as to provide a connecting part not having a defect part and having a good air tightness.
