    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily generate a plotted graph drawing by selecting a prescribed plane from plural planes, describing a prescribed map element on the selected plane, setting a blank area on the plane except for the selected plane and invalidating the map element of the plane except for the selected plane, which is equivalent to the area. SOLUTION: A road generation means 8 plots roads, rivers, railroads, pedestrian bridges and crossings on the private plane and a termination plotting device 12 plots the terminal forms of them. A graphic generation means 15 plots graphics and arrows on the private plane and an intermediate coat device 18 paints out a closed section surrounded by the graphics by plural patterns. A plotting synthesis device 6 overlaps the four planes of the private planes by a character description means 19 and the private planes of a tracking means 22 so as to synthesize them into one plane. At that time, the plotting synthesis device 6 blanks an interruption area designated by a synthesis part interruption device 7, the plane whose relative position from a plane reference point is equal and which is by the road generation means 8, and the plane by the graphic generation means 15 so as to synthesize them into one plane.

    • PURPOSE:To quickly perform a KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI (Chinese character) conversion by performing a more proper paragraph division writing processing for an inputted character string. CONSTITUTION:A paragraph division writing part 10 performs a paragraph division siting for an inputted character writing based on a word dictionary 11 and a paragraph punctuation learning dictionary 12. When the divided and written paragraph is not a desired paragraph, the paragraph is changed to the desired paragraph length by a paragraph length changing part 4 and the paragraph division writing is performed for the paragraph again in the paragraph division writing part 10 via a paragraph reanalysis part 13. When the paragraph for which the paragraph length is changed is established by a paragraph candidate establishing part 6, a paragraph candidate learning part 18 stores the paragraph for which the paragraph length is changed and the next paragraph in the paragraph punctuation learning dictionary 12 by connecting them. As a result, the paragraph division writing based on the relation between adjacent paragraphs becomes possible. Because the word dictionary 11 and the paragraph punctuation learning dictionary 12 are separated, the efficiency of the KANA/KANJI conversion based on the word dictionary 11 can be highly maintained.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an operator's load by constituting the title converter so that a definite KANJI (Chinese character) character-string can be reused, and a result converted previously two times or more can be utilized. CONSTITUTION:In a definite result store part 15, a KANJI conversion result receiving part 16 receives a convertable sentence clause candidate train, and a KANA (Japanese syllabary) to KANJI conversion result store part 17 saves KANJI sentences received one after another so that FIFO (a system for taking out first an object stored in the end) can be executed. When a definite result reuse request comes in a state that a converting part 5 is not in the course of conversion, a KANA and KANJI sentence selecting part 19 brings KANA and KANJI sentence being plural convertable sentence clause candidate trains which are stored to list table or displays them by one line each, and which KANA and KANJI character-string is used is selected by an operator. When a KANA KANJI sentence is selected by the operator, a KANA and KANJI character output part 18 outputs the KANA and KANJI sentence being a convertable sentence clause candidate train to the converting part to. In such a way, an operator's load can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the reuse of the decided KANJI (Chiness character) strings by converting all stored sentences in the order of the latest uses via a KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI sentence output part by an LIFO system in the case a decided result reuse request is received. CONSTITUTION:A decided result storing part 15 receives the KANA-KANJI sentences decided and outputted from a KANJI output part 11 of a conversion apt 5 via a KANA/KANJI conversion result receiving part 16 and stores succes sively these KANA-KANJI sentences. In the case the number of stored sentences exceeds a prescribed level, the sentence stored latest is disused. In the case a decided result reuse request is received while the part 5 is not receiving any KANA character string nor performing the KANA/KANJI conversion, the stored sentences are all outputted to the part 5 from a KANA/KANJI sentence output part 18 in an LIFO system and in the order of the latest uses. The part 5 stores the decided result reuse sentences in a KANA/KANJI storing part 13 after a KANA/KANJI receiving part 12 recognizes each of those sentences as one paragraph and gives an instruction to a candidate selecting part 14 to select the candidates.

    • PURPOSE:To convert the inflection of a verb and adjunctive expression to a format suitable for a fore-independent word by retrieving an adjunct which becomes a candidate for each of original adjuncts based on a word with parts of speech information and the fore-independent word, and qualifying the feasibility of coupling between the words. CONSTITUTION:A KANA(Japanese syllabary)/KANJI(Chinese character) conversion part 8 outputs a clause designated by a candidate selection part 5 by a rewrite information output part 15, and also, retrieves a rewrite dictionary 13, and outputs a fore- independent word candidate. According to those information, a clause converter 16 generates a fore-clause, and outputs it to a KANA/KANJI converting device 6, and accurates it in the KANA/KANJI conversion part 8 as a clause candidate. Also, at the clause converter 16, an original clause with the parts of speech information is received in word unit by an original clause input part 17, and the fore-independent word is received by a fore-independent word input part 20 with the parts of speech information. A fore-clause generating part 21 retrieves an adjunct conversion dictionary by an adjunct conversion dictionary retrieval part 22 based on those original clause and fore-independent word, and qualifies them at a word coupling qualification part 18, and outputs the clause by assembling an adequate candidate.

    • PURPOSE:To refer to the time explaining the contents displayed on a display device of a computer by setting previously the processing time for each process together with the remaining time displayed on the display device for each process and giving a switching instruction for processes when the remaining time is equal to 0. CONSTITUTION:A processing control part 4 which controls totally the processing extracts the processing contents set previously and the designated time out of a processing contents storing part 6. Then a processing execution part 5 carries out the processing sequentially. In this case, the designated time is set at a remaining time timer setting part 11 before the part 5 starts its processing. Based on this set time, a remaining time counting part 10 counts down the remaining time at each time point and at the same time a remaining time timer display part 9 displays said counted-down time on a display device. When the remaining time is equal to 0, a processing switch instruction part 12 gives a processing switch instruction to the part 4. Thus it is possible to refer to the remaining time while the contents displayed on the display device are explained by the part 9.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and accurately input data by designating an item and setting register and designation of the item at the time of setting the input format of a field of data input. CONSTITUTION:A data input device 8 is connected to a central processing unit CPU 1, which controls the whole of a system on the basis of data inputted from an input part 2, together with a display part 3, an input area designing part 4, etc. This data input device 8 consists of an input area defining part 9, an input area register part 13, an item generating part 14, an item dictionary 18, an item input part 19, and an item retrieval output part 24. When data is inputted to the field, the input method in the input area register part 13 is referred to determine whether input is permitted or not, and data is stored as field data in a storage part 7, and an input indication based on an area input part 20 is given by the item input part 19. Item contents of the item dictionary 18 and item numbers are displayed as a list on the display part 2 and one of them is selected by an item selecting part 22. Data is edited on the basis of selected contents and is outputted as field data from an output part 21.
